Custom Design Orders:
I do custom designs, on a personal basis, with individual clients. I utilize email; fax machines and the
telephone to help you create a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. This is a fun process for me and my
clients so do not be afraid to contact me. Chances are if you can dream it, I can do it!
If you see something on the site you like but want a different color or a different size or possibly a
different clasp, please email me with your request and I will get back to you with options and pricing.
Custom work requires a $25.00 deposit and remaining balance due before shipping.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for any custom orders. Custom jewelry is handcrafted upon
receipt of the order.
No exchanges or refunds on Custom Orders.
Insurance:
Insurance to cover damage to goods during shipment is included in the cost of delivery.
If merchandise is damaged in transit, the customer should immediately file a claim with the carrier in
accordance with the carrier's then-current policies and procedures.
In the event of a merchandise is damaged, the customer must purchase carrier-provided insurance
adequate to cover the full retail value of the merchandise while in transit. We cannot issue refunds or
credit for merchandise damaged in transit; such insurance is you only safeguard against this situation.
Payment:
In order to maintain a secure transaction Pay Pal is the method of payment accepted. PayPal has an
exceptional record of secure online payments. Unfamiliar with PayPal visit their website at www.
paypal.com
American Express, Discover, Visa, and Master Card payments are accepted through PayPal. If you
would prefer to pay with a check or postal money order or you don’t want to use PayPal you can
email me with your preference.
Payments made through PayPal, with Credit Cards, or with Money Orders will be shipped as soon as
possible. Payments made by check (make payable to Designs by Sandra Dee) will be sent as soon as
the funds are verified. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
Repairs:
If an item you purchased on this website should break within 60 days I will repair that item for free
provided all the beads are returned. Otherwise there will be a replacement charge for the beads but
no charge for the labor.
Returns Policy:
My Ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s)
that you receive, or if you have experienced any problems with your service or delivery, please let
me know right away so we can make it right for you within 5 days of receiving the item. I will
promptly send a replacement upon return of the merchandise.
No exchanges or refunds will be made on Custom Orders.
Defective Items: If your purchase arrives in damaged condition or we have made a shipping error, I
will gladly correct it by replacing your item with a brand new one. Please contact me as soon as
possible via e-mail to Designs By Sandra Dee
Any returns must be sent Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or similar shipping with a
tracking method.
Non-Defective Items: Because our selections are offered at dramatic discounts below retail, we work
very hard to keep costs down, and are therefore unable to allow the "borrowing" of our jewelry or
any cash refunds at this time, under any circumstances. However, you are welcome to return any
item within 10 days for an in-store credit in the amount of your original purchase price, to be applied
toward any other item(s) in our web store that you might prefer. Please contact us within 3 days of
receipt for a return authorization via e-mail to Designs By Sandra Dee
Size Exchanges: You are welcome to return any chain or ring that does not fit comfortably for an
exchange of another size. If you should need a size larger there will be a charge for the additional
material used.
Please note: There is an additional $2.00 fee for size exchanges, to cover the cost of shipping and
handling only. Payment may be included with your return, or we can invoice you on receipt. Please
contact us within 3 days for a return authorization via e-mail to Designs By Sandra Dee To return
your item, please package carefully in the bubble wrap and include your order number (printed at
the top right hand corner of your receipt) .
For security purposes, do not indicate the word "jewelry" or the contents on the outside of your
package. Sorry, unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
Security and Privacy:
Your personal information is handled with the utmost care. I will absolutely not sell or share personal
information with any third party. The information you submit is solely for our internal use, for
shipping and order tracking.
Shipping & Handling Information:
All purchases are securely and safely wrapped for shipping. Designs by Sandra Dee accept no
responsibility or reimbursement for lost packages if delivery has been confirmed at the destination
Post Office.
Domestic Shipping - All items are shipped USPS insured with delivery confirmation.

Priority $7.00 (3-5 days)
Express $18.00 (1-2 days)
International Shipping – USPS Global Priority $14.00 (6-10 days)
